The scene of the fatal car crash
A man who was in a critical condition in Addenbrookes Hospital, Cambridge, following a head-on car crash in Gosfield has now died.
The man, aged in his 20s from Gosfield, died last night, Monday, December 15.
The crash, which occurred on Sunday, December 7, has already claimed the lives of James Simmons, 18, of Hillside Gardens, Braintree, and David Bradley, 30, of Beckers Green Road, Braintree.
Officers continue to appeal for any witnesses to the collision or anyone who saw the blue Ford Fiesta before the crash to contact the investigation team on 101 or email collisionappeal@essex.pnn.police.uk
