A former alcoholic and drug user is looking forward to a better relationship with her children after getting to grips with her addictions.
Carolann Noble featured in the Halstead Gazette a year ago, when she had been sober for about four months and had set up a Facebook group to support other people with addictions and mental health problems.
She has now been sober for 16 months, marked her 38th birthday on Saturday without a drink and has more than 1,250 ‘likes’ on her Facebook page.
She is now looking forward to rebuilding strong relationships with sons Cray, 16, Wesley, 18, and Brogen, 11 .
“My past is my past so I can look forward now to a better relationship with my children," she said.
