Police arrested a 36-year-old man after he gave a positive breath test
POLICE arrested a 36-year-old Braintree man following a crash on Mount Hill, Halstead last night.
Police were called shortly before 11pm following reports of an overturned black BMW at the junction with the A131.
The driver provided a positive breath test and was arrested by police.
He was taken to hospital for minor injuries and has been bailed until November 11.
