An annual charity golf day raised a record sum of money for good causes in the Halstead area.
There were 132 participants in the event, held at Colne Valley Golf Club in Earls Colne.
Kate Brew, of organisers Daniel Robinson and Son funeral directors, said: “It is a new record. Last year we raised £18,000 so this is just amazing.
“The day went absolutely brilliantly and we even had a fly over from Essex Air Ambulance, which is one of our main charities.”
The money will now be split between Farleigh Hospice, St Helena Hospice, Essex Air Ambulance, and several other local charities and good causes.
