A runner's blog documenting his life with incurable cancer has helped support others across the world suffering with the same condition.
So far 18,000 people from 86 countries have read Marcus Evan’s blog, which follows his life and thoughts since he was diagnosed with splenic marginal zone lymphoma, a form of blood cancer, last July.
The cancer is more common in people aged over 60, and the only available treatment only delays death, rather than cures the disease.
