Getting filthy is all in a day’s work for these refuse collectors, but the dirt has been dished on them in a new nearly nude calendar.
It was an offer they could not refuse when relatives of a dustman who had died came up with the charity fundraising idea.
Terry Cundy, who had been a Braintree district refuse collector for ten years, died last November age 55.
Father of two Mr Cundy had cancer and had been cared for by Farleigh Hospice.
