A popular pub in Halstead is up for sale with a price tag of £375,000.
The Royal Oak, in the High Street, is listed for sale on website Rightmove.
The listing states: “Owner’s accommodation located on the first floor with access from the main bar and comprising two bedrooms, lounge, partially converted domestic kitchen and bathroom.
“Good potential to grow the existing trade with the introduction of a food offer as well as looking at ways of utilising the space to the side and rear of the property.”
It is not yet known if the venue, which has a two-bedroom living space above it, will stay as a pub.
The Royal Oak was opened in the 19th century, according to its website.
Originally a coaching inn the venue has seen several transformations over the years.
The Royal Oak was unavailable for comment.
