A Heybridge man has been disqualified from driving and fined more than £1,000.
Cole Sutton, 30, of Colchester Road, Heybridge, was arrested in December in Holloway Road Maldon on suspicion of drink driving by Essex Police.
His arrest was part of the police's Christmas anti-drink and drug driving campaign which ran from December 7 to January 1.
Sutton later admitted the charges and was disqualified from driving for 15 months, fined £850 and ordered to pay £85 costs and an £85 victim surcharge for drink driving.
