CLASSIC tunes from Led Zeppelin and Deep Purple will get audiences up on their feet when a tribute act comes to a theatre.

Hits including Smoke on the Water and Stairway to Heaven will be performed by Purple Zeppelin.

The show takes place at The Quay Theatre in Sudbury next Saturday, November 25.

The musicians are known as being an authentic and gripping powerhouse of tribute music.

Once featured in a BBC documentary, the two-time best tribute act award winners are a band made up of four veteran rockers, with decades of playing experience between them.

During their two and a half hour show, the band use the same costumes and instruments as the original two groups in order to create a truly unmissable evening of entertainment every time they take the stage.

They perform using a theremin, double-necked guitar, and violin bow solo, in order to truly emulate Jimmy Page’s incredible frontmanship.

Tickets for the show are priced at £18 per person and the show starts at 7:30pm.

The first half of the show is acoustic, or unplugged, with things heating up towards the second half when all the authentic equipment takes to the mains power.

Call the theatre’s box office on 01787 374745 or visit www.quaysudbury.com to book tickets for the show.
