A MAN will appear in court after admitting robbery and assault at a post office.
Mark Dove appeared via video link at Chelmsford Crown Court.
He had been charged with robbery and assault by beating on July 5 after the raid on the post office in Market Street, Harwich.
Dove, 30, from Harwich, admitted both charges.

Brave passers-by had tackled him to the ground following the incident.
He had tried to get away with £2,000.
A three-hour hearing will take place at a later date as the court is re-evaluating the charges made against Dove.
He was remanded in custody.
