PUPILS and parents at a Halstead School have been going wild for E-Safety.

As part of Richard de Clare School's ongoing E-Safety education campaign, Key Stage 2 pupils were visited by 'The 2 Johns'.

The pair explored pupils attitudes to staying safe online and practical tips to ensure their safety.

After pupils received some top tips and expert advice in the day, it was the parents' turn in the evening.

With the support of the Essex Wildlife Trust, children enjoyed a 'Go Wild' event, while their parents sat down in the classroom for their dose of e-safety advice.

Parents attending the evening described the session as 'eye-opening' and 'informative'.

Richard de Clare headteacher, Sarah Donnelly, said she "was delighted to offer parents the chance to hear such a helpful and revealing session" and to be able to "offer parents practical tips for keeping children safe online".
