Police investigate cause of house fire which is being treated as arson
POLICE are investigating following a fire along the A120, which is being treated as arson.
Officers attended a house fire in Coggeshall Road, Marks Tey, yesterday at about 11am. No one was injured and a section of the road was closed for a couple of hours. No arrests have been made, and enquiries are ongoing.
Neighbours had raised the alarm to the fire service after seeing smoke and smelling an electrical burning smell.
