Man charged with burglary, fraud and driving whilst disqualified following two incidents
A COLCHESTER man has been charged for burglary, fraud by false representation and driving while disqualified.
Conrad Penn, of Conifer Close, was arrested on June 7 and later charged before appearing at Chelmsford Magistrates' Court on June 7, where he entered no plea.
Penn, 45, who is unemployed, was remanded in custody and is due to appear in Chelmsford Crown Court on Wednesday, July 5.
The charge follows burglaries in Bromley Road, Ardleigh, at around 8.20am on Tuesday, June 6, and in Lamarsh Road, Braintree, on Wednesday, May 31.
