A DOG show is being held this bank holiday to raise money for a campaign group.
Hands off Steeple Bumpstead has organised a dog show which will take place on Monday, May 29 at Camping Close, Steeple Bumpstead.
It will run in conjunction with the regular car boot sale.
The campaign group was formed last year in response to developer Gladman’s proposal for 95 houses in Finchingfield Road.
These plans were rejected in July following resident complaints and were resubmitted for 65 homes.
An appeal to build the 65 homes has been launched and will be heard at a public enquiry on Tuesday, July 18.
The dog show is open to all dogs and classes are £1.50 to enter. Judging starts at 11am with entries taken from 10am.
