CONCERNS for Halstead’s infrastructure have been at the forefront of residents’ minds since Oak Road plans were laid out two years ago.

Better late than never, as the old adage says, but now it is more important than ever residents communicate with the council.

Tension is building over the future of the town.
Now is the time to make yourself heard.
