ON the morning of Friday, March 10, I unfortunately fell on my face on the village road, hitting my head on the kerb.
I was taken by ambulance to A & E at Colchester and from beginning to end, I received the utmost care from all the staff I came in contact with.
Luckily I didn’t have to be admitted and was released home at the end of the day but I could see how hard worked they all are.
Colchester Hospital often gets bad press but I have no complaints whatsoever.
I am trying to trace the lady who stopped to help me when I had my nasty fall. I didn’t get a chance to see her car number. I would like to thank her properly.
All I know is that she was driving a 4x4 and was on her way to Clare.
I am hoping she sees this paper and gets in touch.
