Man arrested on suspicion of armed robbery following raid at Post Office
A MAN has been arrested following an armed robbery at a Post Office in Great Yeldham.
A 20-year-old man of no fixed address was arrested on suspicion of armed robbery and is currently in custody.
It is in connection with an incident at the village Post Office in Great Yeldham High Street on January 5.
Four suspects robbed the Post Office of money just before 5.30pm and they were armed with axes.
Demands and threats were made to staff but no one was injured in the incident.
