A NEW cattery in Wethersfield will bring three new jobs to the village.
Plans have been approved for the demolition of an existing farm building and the construction of a cattery at Brook Farm, on Braintree Road which were submitted by agents The Rural Planning Practice.
In total there will be space for 30 cats to stay at the site, and three full time employees will be recruited to run the business.
Some stables, storage areas and an indoor school for private use will also be built.
