AN exhibitionist dog has built up her own Facebook fanbase after she joined a pet modelling agency.
Ella Hayes, from Halstead, realised her lakeland-cross terrier was becoming an internet sensation after she posted pictures of her on social media.
Two-year-old Lilly has now been signed up to an online modelling agency called Animal Direction.
Miss Hayes, of Colchester Road, said she had received a lot of feedback from the photos of Lilly with a shower cap and rubber duck.
She said: “I had an e-mail from the modelling agency saying she was gorgeous and that they would be in touch.
“I don’t know how she keeps still really, she’s just like Play-Doh.
“She’s a really good little dog and she just tends to stay in any position I put her in.
“She gets a lot of attention on Facebook so I made her her very own page.”
Ella said Lilly, which she has had since she was a puppy, just loves being in front of the camera.
She has more than 90 photos featured on her fan page, which was set up on Monday She said: “She’s a very happy little dog that loves to play fetch and is super fast. She’s fantastic with children and just loves people.
“She has a great personality and is very funny, I have created a fan page for her too.”
Lilly is confident in front of the camera at home, but she is yet to find work in the modelling world.
Her owner has signed her up to test the water and see if she can find her big break outside of Facebook.
