A WOMAN in her twenties was taken to hospital in a life threatening condition after collapsing.
The East of England Service were called to Gardeners Road in Halstead at 5.26pm yesterday and first arrived within three minutes.
A rapid response vehicle, hazardous response team, an ambulance, an ambulance officer, a community first responder and the Essex and Herts Air Ambulance all attended the scene.
The woman was taken by land ambulance to Broomfield Hospital in Chelmsford in a very serious condition.
