STOLEN: Jewellery was stolen after a burglar ransacked the house
A BURGLAR has stolen jewellery after ransacking a house in Halstead.
They managed to remove the casing from the door handle and snap the barrel lock off.
Once inside the house the burglar ransacked the bedrooms and stole jewellery, car keys, a handbag and a pillow case.
It happened in Sudbury Road, between 6.20pm and 8.20pm on October 7.
