THINGS are set to get a little spooky with Thomas the Thank Engine and his friends this Halloween.

A special Halloween extravaganza takes place at the East Anglian Railway Museum in Wakes Colne on October 29 and 30.

The Fat Controller will be there to welcome families and you can join him for storytelling time, with interactive re-enactments with Thomas and other characters throughout the day.

There will activities taking place during the morning and afternoon as well as circus skills workshops, a Punch and Judy show and a colouring competition.

Some of the games will obviously be Thomas themed, with crafts for children to enjoy, including plastacine and temporary tattoos.

The trains will be running as usual all day long with no fixed timetable and those who attend are welcome to have as many rides as they like.

Online tickets cost £13 for adults and £9 for children with under twos going free.

Tickets at the gates cost £14 for adults and £10 for children.

The entry price includes all rides and other activities located at the site, which is open from 10am until 4.30pm.
