A beauty shop in a village is expanding into the former post office building.
Studio 2 Nails and Beauty, in St James’ Street, Castle Hedingham, owned by village resident Sammy Beagrie, will offer tanning and reflexology in its new building on the same road.
She opened the salon six years ago and will be changing the name to Studio 2 Beauty and Wellbeing.
The post office closed in March and Miss Beagrie, 25, bought the building.
“The studio was doing really well in the village so I needed to look for bigger premises,” she said.
“We will be offering more things as well.
“I think the success is down to my loyal customers and keeping them happy.
“I am feeling very excited about the new shop - it has been a long time in coming.”
The new studio will be opening on November 21 from 11am by Braintree district councillor Joanne Beavis and a mystery guest, who works in the nail industry.
