Two talented talkers took part in test of their talents .
Ramsey Academy pupils Sophie Ford, 15, and Sam Hawes, 14, represented their school at the Jack Petchey Speak Out Challenge at Maltings Academy in Witham.
Sophie spoke on the topic of bullying in a speech called Dream, Believe, Achieve.
She said: “I was bullied in Year Eight so I thought it was quite a strong topic for me to speak on.
“I was hoping to get through to the next round but unfortunately I didn’t.
“I was pleased by how it went though."
