Self defence class coming to Earls Colne
A ladies self defence class is being held next Tuesday.
Participants will not be taught to fight, but will learn how to avoid and escape potentially dangerous situations.
It will take place from 7pm until 8.30pm at Earls Colne Recreation Club.
