Nearly 90 brownies and guides came together to celebrate World Thinking Day.

Girls from Gosfield, the Hedinghams, Yeldham and Halstead used art and craft to celebrate the date, February 22, the birthday of both Lord Baden-Powell, founder of the Boy Scout Movement, and his wife Olave, who was World Chief Guide.

The youngsters gathered in Queens Hall, Halstead, on Saturday and made items to represent countries from around the world, including elephants for Africa and felt and pumpkin seed broaches for Switzerland.
