Halstead travel agency holding cake sale for charity
A travel agency is showing its sweet side with a fundraising event.
The Premier Travel Agency, in Halstead High Street, is backing Papworth Trust’s fundraising campaign, Care for Cake, by selling cakes baked by staff members in store today.
Sarah Colson from Premier Travel said: “Papworth Trust does great work in our local community helping disabled people.
“Pop in and join us for a slice of cake and a cup of coffee, and do your bit for a great local cause.”
This is the second fundraiser Premier Travel has held for Papworth Trust – they recently raffled a gourmet food hamper, raising £52.
