Alison Griffiths
A Halstead Gazette staff member will be pounding the streets of London to raise money for a cancer charity.
Alison Griffiths, who works in newspaper sales, will be taking part in Cancer Research’s Shine Night Walk on Saturday.
She and friend Tamsin Beaumont hope to complete the 26 mile course in less than 6.5 hours.
Alison, 49, of Brook Street, Colne Engaine, hopes to raise £1,000.
