Holmes and Hill Solicitors are holding their ninth annual bike ride for Essex Air Ambulance.

It will take place on Sunday and will start and finish at their office on Trinity Street, Halstead with a complimentary after-ride BBQ for riders and supporters.

There will also be a rest and snack stop halfway at Finchingfield Village Hall.

There are three distances 11 miles (11.30am start time), 26 miles (10.30am start) or 51 miles (9.30am start) to choose from.

Last year 200 cyclists took part and raised £5,000 for charity and organisers hope there will be even more money raised this year.

Entrance fees, which will all be donated to Essex Air Ambulance, are £10 for adults, £5 for under 16s and £25 for two adults and all children under 16.
