An Indian restaurant is applying for a late music and longer alcohol license.
Mughal Indian restaurant in Halstead High Street is applying for a live music license on Wednesday and Thursday evenings from 3.30pm until 11pm and on New Year’s Eve until 2am.
It is also requesting permission to play recorded music on Mondays to Saturdays between 12noon and 2.30pm as well as from 5.30pm until 11pm, and on Sunday from 12noon to 11pm.
They are also applying to be able to serve alcohol at the same hours both on the premises and off the premises.
There are currently no objection comments to the application.
