Police officers are yet to find the person responsible for killing a defenceless duck in a supermarket car park.

It has been more than a month-and-a-half since an elderly couple, who asked not to be named, saw a group of eight boys, wearing dark trousers and white T-shirts, confront a family of ducks.

The attack, which resulted in the death of one duck, happened in Sainsbury’s car park at 10pm on July 4.

No arrests have yet been made.
