Parish council still considering buying field in Toppesfield to protect it
Toppesfield Parish Council are still looking into the possibility of buying a field to protect it from developers.
In July, the Gazette reported how the field behind The Green Man pub in the village was for sale and how the parish council was considering buying it.
Councillor Alan Collard said: “We are not in a position to buy the land currently, but it is definitely not off the radar screen."
