Cooking an Indian feast was naan problem for pupils.
Twenty youngsters from Ramsey Academy’s catering department visited the Mughal restaurant to experience how a commerical kitchen and restaurant works.
They switched between serving and preparing the food and being the customer in roles which gave them a chance to learn the vital skills needed to work in the commercial world.
They enjoyed cooking chicken tikka in the clay oven, as well as making the chicken tikka masala, chicken korma, vegetable curry and naan bread.
