Admire a showcase of artwork by members of Gainsborough's House Print Workshop.
There will be over 130 framed prints on show along with a similar number of unframed works for sale to suit every pocket. Also on display and available for purchase are a large range of artist cards, either as unique versions or based on original work by Print Workshop Artists.
Located at the birthplace of the celebrated painter, Thomas Gainsborough at Gainsborough House, the Print Workshop at Gainsborough's House offers members and course participants a wide range of printmaking equipment and printing techniques.
The exhibition, named Summer Impressions and held at St Peter’s Church in Sudbury, promotes the diverse mix of talent on offer and helps to celebrate Sudbury's artistic heritage. Stewarded by the artists themselves, visitors will be able to discuss the work on display and get an insight into the print making techniques. Entry is free and there will be refreshments available.
