A Halstead company was picked to build sports venues at this year’s Commonwealth Games in Glasgow.
Geomembrane lining company, Landline Containment Solutions, based in the Bluebridge Industrial Estate, has spent more than a year working on building a decorative pond and canal to collect flood water in the athlete’s village.
The company, which offers lining services for waterproofing, also worked on clay pigeon traps for the shooting event.
