A memorial football match and fun day was held for a much-loved Hedingham School boy who died from a brain tumour.
Hedingham FC under 14s took on a youth team from Halstead FC at Lawn Meadow, Sible Hedingham in memory of Arran Tosh, 13.
The Scots-born teenager was killed by the tumour just five days after it was diagnosed.
Arran’s sister Chloe, 21, said: “It was an absolutely beautiful day for an absolutely beautiful boy.
“It was raining just before the game and then the boys started playing and then it stopped.
“Mum said ‘That’s Arran playing a trick’.”
