A Halstead mum became a breakfast TV weight-loss star after flying out to Brazil to take part in a diet and training regime.
Jo Moss, 37, of Johnston Close, lost a stone and a half after winning a competition to do the ‘Brazilian Bikini Diet’ for the Lorraine show on ITV.
She said: “This has completely changed my life because I used to just eat too much, drink too much and not exercise enough.
“My friends, my son and my partner have just been absolutely amazing.
“Everyone has said how inspired and encouraged they are that someone can go on TV in this state and try and do something about it.”
Miss Moss stayed in Brazil for eight days, exercising on beaches in Botofogo, Ipanema and Copacabana.
