Pub requests new signs and outside lights

First published in News

A pub has submitted a planning request for new signage and lights.

The Bird in Hand pub, Chapel Hill, Halstead, owned by Enterprise Inns, wants to put up eight new signs, four of which will be illuminated, and seven lights outside the pub.

Members of Halstead Town Council have raised no objections to the proposals as long as it meets Halstead’s non-illumination policy.

The consultation period runs until July 7.
