The Magical Millie findraising event takes place on May 25.
The day, in aid of Millie Brown, who has an inoperable brain tumour, will take place at Halstead Public Gardens from 12pm until 6pm.
The day will be action-packed with stalls, burger and ice cream vans, a slush puppy stall, dance and theatrical performances, a prize raffle, bouncy castle, face painting, tug of war, teachers' stocks, arts and crafts and live music.
In the evening it will move to The Scene, Scenarios, where a prize auction will take place from 9pm and there will be more live music throughout the night.
Tickets cost £2.50 for children for both the day and evening, £6 for adults for the day and £6 for adults in the evening, or a combined day and evening ticket for £10.
People are asked to book tickets on the Facebook page, or to get them from Butterfly Montessori Nursery or Scenarios.
