Organisers are celebrating the second Great Maplestead Beer festival as a great success.
More than 200 people turned up for the event, held on May 3 at Great Maplestead Village Hall, Lucking Street, which saw 17 varieties of beer, three types of cider and a selection of wine available.
Committee member and co-organiser Julie Ingram said: “It was a great day. Really good.
“The morris men were brilliant and everyone had a great time.
“I think we raised more than £500 which will go towards the upkeep of the village hall.”
