First houses on Premdor development to be ready this summer
A housing development on a former factory site could be occupied by its first residents by the end of this summer.
Bloor Homes has started work on the first phase of a project to build 193 homes on the former Premdor factory site in Sible Hedingham.
Sales for the first part of the estate, Earl’s Garden, will launch next week, with a range of two and three bedroom homes available.
