Get on your bike for Essex Air Ambulance
The charity is holding its sponsored cycle on May 25 with three circular routes to choose from, 50 miles for the experienced, 20 miles for intermediates and a fun family cycle ride for younger cycling enthusiasts.
Lobbs Cycles will be there to offer mechanical support and Evergreen Clinics will be open for sports massages at the end of the ride, with a discount if they are pre-booked.
The event starts at 9.30am at the Earls Colne Business Park, and entrance is £16 if you pre-register and £20 if you pay on the day. More information is available by calling 0845 2417 690.
