Free youth first aid courses on offer next week
Youngsters are being given the chance to undergo free first aid training.
The courses, jointly organised by St John Ambulance, Braintree Council and Greenfields Community Housing, take place on Tuesday.
An event for ages eight to 13 takes place from 10.30am to 11.30am, followed by ages 14 to 19 from noon to 2pm.
Both courses, which take place at Greenfields House, in Charter Way, Braintree, will cover emergency first aid skills, including dealing with choking and severe bleeding.
