Policeare warning car owners to be on their guard after two catalytic converter thefts.
They were taken from a black Mitsubishi L200 pick-up truck in Blois Road, Steeple Bumpstead, on February 25 and a silver Ford Galaxy in Alderford Street, Sible Hedingham, on February 26.
Inspector Mick Couldridge said: “We haven’t seen this crime for a while really and to have a couple come back in is disappointing.
“I would like to advise people to be mindful where they’re parking their cars, particularly the high clearance ones.”
