Residents demand answers about solar farm plans
A council has been accused of ignoring concerns and questions raised by villagers opposing a planned solar farm.
Sovereign Partners want to install panels on a 42-acre site at Big Deere Lodge, Church Road, Belchamp St Paul.
To date, 82 comments objecting to the proposals have been registered on Braintree Council’s website.
It is feared the solar farm will spoil the countryside and blight the landscape for neighbouring residents.
