Brownies celebrate 100th birthday
Brownies across the district have celebrated the 100th year since the organisation was founded.
The celebrations took place at the Empire Theatre in Halstead and were enjoyed by 150 members of the Halstead division of Brownies, which included the 1st Halstead Brownies, the 2nd Halstead Brownies, and members of the Gosfield, Earls Colne and Great Yeldham groups.
The groups enjoyed pizza, magic and an X Factor competition.
