Rivers swelled in the Hedinghams and Great Yeldham
The River Colne burst its banks in the Nunnery Street area, swamping trees.
Alderford Mill also saw high water and the near the White Hart Hotel in Great Yeldham, a river joining the River Colne was swollen.
