Snow may not be forecast yet this year but you can still enjoy a crisp winter’s walk surrounded by snowdrops at Marks Hall.

Marks Hall and Arboretum is kicking off it’s season with a selection of open weekends dedicated to showcasing it’s spectacular displays of snowdrops. Every year, the woodland area of Robins Grove at Marks Hall is blanketed by the delicate flowers.

The curator of Marks Hall will provide a self-guide sheet to highlight other areas of the Arboretum to help visitors make the most of their visit.

The Visitors Centre will also be open, with a selection of snacks on offer including homemade soup.

Normal admission prices apply: Adults £4.50, concessions £4, children £1.50, under fives free. Family ticket (two adults, two children) £10.

The snowdrop weekends will be held every weekend from February 7 until February 23, opening Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays between 10:30am and 4pm.
