Tiny stitches have gone a long way towards this year’s poppy appeal after more than £3,500 was raised.
Textile artist Laura Bragg, 29, and her army of knitters raised a whopping £3527.40 - almost triple what was collected the previous year.
The former Ramsey College pupil, who created the Tiny Stitches knitting brand, and about 30 volunteers made hundreds of poppies which were sold in and around Halstead and online.
