Police are warning residents to be on their guard after yet another spate of shed burglaries in the Halstead area.
The crime wave was the latest in a long line to rock the area since the summer.
Thieves raided nine sheds and outbuildings in The Causeway, Toppesfield, and a further two in Halstead between November 25 and 30.
Among the items stolen from sheds and outbuildings in The Causeway, Toppesfield, were an £800 Panasonic 52 inch TV, a £200 Karcher pressure washer, a £150 Bosch circular saw, a £100 Bosch combi drill, a £70 Bosch jigsaw, a £300 Packard Bell laptop, a £180 Challenger chainsaw and a £100 Hayter petrol lawn mower.
Hundreds of pounds of damage was also caused.
